DESCRIPTION
When Clean Matcha was first developed, the same thought kept coming back: most matcha scents don’t really feel like matcha. They often lean very citrusy, almost sharp, sometimes dry, and the matcha tea itself can disappear. So a different direction was chosen.
Instead of trying to “describe” matcha, the focus was placed on how it feels. The opening is built around green tea extract, white tea, and ceremonial matcha tea. It’s light, dewy, and clean, the way skin smells after a bath.
Cassis comes in gently, adding a cool brightness, almost juicy. In the heart, there’s a touch of vanilla mochi. Not sweet in a dessert way, more about texture. Soft, smooth and comforting.
As it dries down, clean white musk takes over. Close to the skin and familiar. The kind of scent that feels lived in. For Clean Matcha, it’s less about matcha as a concept, and more about the feeling it creates.
