Where do you ship from?
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days from our US warehouse. No additional duties or fees apply.

Complimentary standard shipping on orders above $80. A $9 shipping fee applies to orders below this amount.

When will my order ship?
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Fulfillment takes place Monday through Friday.
How can I track my order?
A tracking link will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.
If you do not receive it, we invite you to check your spam folder or access your order details through your Overose account.
What shipping methods does Overose offer?
Shipments are handled by USPS, UPS or FedEx.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We cannot change or cancel any orders after they have been placed. This includes adding or removing any items or changing the shipping method or address.
This is a gift, do you offer gift wrapping /gift receipts?
Overose does not offer gift wrapping at the moment. Every order is shipped with a gift receipt, which does not reveal any payment information or pricing. We are working on offering gift messages for the near future.
My order arrived damaged or incomplete
If your parcel arrives with missing items, incorrect items, or with any damage to the items, please reach out to us directly at customercare@overose.com upon arrival of your order. Please include photos of your packing slip and any damage.
How can I check the status of my order?
Your order status is available in your account and will be updated once your order is placed and upon dispatch.
Returns
What’s your return policy?
Candles must be returned unopened and in their original packaging with intact cellophane wrapping, fourteen (14) days after the order has been delivered. If goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we cannot accept your return.
Please note that all full-size perfume sales are final. Due to the nature of the product as a cosmetic item, and for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on full-size perfumes. We encourage customers to discover and test our scents through our Perfume Discovery Samples before committing to a full-size bottle. Discover Sets are final sales.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photo proof of the damage. Once verified, we will be happy to offer you either a replacement or store credit for the product value.
Notice: We offer bundles to allow our customers to take advantage of bulk discounts and are therefore not able to offer any returns/exchanges on these specific items. Items purchased through promotions and on sales are not eligible for refunds. Returns are subject to a return fee, which will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to return your product(s)?
To initiate a return, please contact us. Return instructions will be provided upon authorization.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend retaining your tracking details, as receipt of returns cannot be guaranteed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once received, returns are processed within 3 business days. A confirmation will be sent once your refund has been issued. Funds will be credited to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
