What’s your return policy?
If you wish to return your products, you have fourteen (14) days after the order has been delivered.
Candles must be returned unopened and in their original packaging. If goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we cannot accept your return.
Please note that all full-size perfume sales are final. Due to the nature of the product as a cosmetic item, and for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on full-size perfumes. We encourage customers to discover and test our scents through our Perfume Discovery Samples before committing to a full-size bottle.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photo proof of the damage. Once verified, we will be happy to offer you either a replacement or store credit for the product value.
Notice: We offer bundles to allow our customers to take advantage of bulk discounts and are therefore not able to offer any returns/exchanges on these specific items. Items purchased through promotions and on sales are not eligible for refunds.
How to return your product(s)?
To return a product, please send an email to customercare@overose.com and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so please keep the tracking info. Original shipping costs are not refundable as these are paid directly to the shipping carriers.
Once your return is received, please allow up to three business days for your refund to be processed. You will receive a return confirmation email once your refund has been processed; the amount will be posted to your bank account within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for the amount of the item
